Unlike traditional setups that require multiple fittings and complex installations, Water Falcon integrates the pump/control box, riser pipe, welded reducer, rotary joint, flex pipe, and fire nozzle into one streamlined assembly. This reduces leak points, alignment issues, and maintenance challenges.

The welded reducer is permanently attached to the riser pipe and serves as a strong, sealed connection point for the nozzle. Because it is welded, it minimizes the risk of leaks compared to threaded or gasketed fittings.

The nozzle attaches directly to the welded reducer and can be configured to produce different discharge patterns—such as spray, jet, or mist—depending on the fire suppression needs. The design allows different nozzle types to be swapped in without altering the overall system.

The rotary joint is mounted between the riser and the nozzle. It allows controlled rotation of the nozzle while maintaining a secure seal and fluid integrity. Depending on the design, it may also include seals, bearings, or locking mechanisms for added reliability.

The riser pipe is the main vertical conduit that delivers pressurized fluid from the pump/control box up to the nozzle. It is typically made from high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials such as steel or stainless steel to ensure durability.

The pump/control box pressurizes the fluid and directs it through the riser pipe. It also manages system operations such as flow rate and emergency shutoff, acting as the central control unit of the assembly.

The flex pipe connects the pump/control box to the riser. Its flexibility absorbs vibration, allows for slight misalignment, and maintains a sealed connection under pressure. This reduces stress on rigid piping and improves system longevity.
